This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll help direct warehouse associates, organize daily work, maintain inventory accuracy, and make sure customer orders are picked, packed, and ready for delivery. Key Responsibilities Help lead and direct warehouse associates throughout the shift. Assign daily tasks and keep the team on schedule. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders. Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Check orders and inventory for accuracy. Train and support new warehouse associates. Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Follow and reinforce all company safety procedures. Communicate inventory, staffing, or operational issues to management. Work alongside the team to complete daily warehouse goals. Required Qualifications Previous warehouse or distribution experience. Previous lead or team leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, stand, and walk. Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre‑employment background check. Preferred Qualifications Forklift and pallet jack experience. Inventory or warehouse management system experience. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
