This is a key operational roleyoull be at the center of client coordination scheduling and ensuring services run smoothly from intake through ongoing you thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoy working with people and want to be part of meaningful work this role is for Youll DoFront Office & Client CommunicationManage the main business phone line and serve as the first point of contact for clientsSchedule appointments confirm visits and follow up on missed or rescheduled sessionsGreet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate staff or serviceRespond to client inquiries with professionalism empathy and confidentialityProgram Coordination & SchedulingCoordinate daily schedules for behavioral health and psychiatric providersManage intakes and ensure new clients are assigned and connected to services promptlyTrack authorizations referrals and documentation to keep services compliant and on trackMonitor caseloads and communicate with clinical staff to fill gaps and prevent disruptionsOperational & Administrative SupportMaintain accurate client records and program data in electronic health record systemsPrepare reports and track key program metrics for leadershipSupport quality assurance and compliance with state and payer requirementsAssist with special projects and other duties as assignedWhat Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferredExperience in behavioral health psychiatry healthcare or a related field strongly preferredExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailClear compassionate communication skillsboth written and verbalComfort with scheduling systems and electronic health recordsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm client-centered approachBilingual skills are a plusWhy Join SCARFBe part of a mission-driven team making a real impact in the communitySupportive collaborative work environmentOpportunities for growth and professional developmentCompetitive compensation based on experienceHow to ApplyReady to make a difference Submit your application and resume through our online job board using the application form below.
