Fraser has been in business for 75+ years, we are a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and provide excellent benefits, competitive compensation and diversification...allowing you ample GROWTH!Essential Functions:Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair commercial trade specific systems, equipment, and componentsPerform preventative maintenance of commercial trade specific systems, equipment, and componentsAccurately document all job-specific troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on Service work orders and submit them to the Service Manager in a timely mannerParticipate as the On-Call Technician when scheduledParticipate as a back-up to active Emergency On-Call Service Technicians for trade specific system installations and repairsComplete daily THA documentation and provide directly to VP of SafetyKeep the company assigned vehicle in an organized and clean manner. Experience with linkage-less controls and appropriate boiler related standards are preferred.HVAC - Must have a strong working knowledge of commercial chilled water systems including Chiller (centrifugal and reciprocating) and Tower equipment, pumps, piping, associated controls, and electrical circuits.All Trades - Must have knowledge and familiarity with local/regional Vendors and Manufacturers Representatives
