Overview
Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Tele) – Concord, New Hampshire, United States. This travel - temporary assignment starts 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $2,150 to $2,218 and a 3x12 Night shift. The position is in a hospital setting focused on telemetry care. RTO requests must be included at submission.

Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized telemetry nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, including rhythm monitoring and intervention for dysrhythmias.
- Interpret telemetry data, respond to rhythm changes, administer medications per physician orders, and provide targeted post-procedure care as needed.
- Assess patients after catheter-based procedures, manage hemostasis, and monitor for complications; perform stroke assessments and implement appropriate protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, document patient status in the EMR (Cerner experience preferred), and ensure accurate handoffs during shifts.
- Adapt to unit needs, with potential float to ED hold or ICU/PCU as directed by patient acuity and assignment requirements.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, safety, and discharge instructions; maintain clinical records in accordance with policy.

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state; NH or Compact licensure must be verifiable via NURSYS with all active RN licenses.
- 3 years minimum Telemetry experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NHISS required prior to start.
- Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam with a passing score of 80% during onboarding.
- Valid driver’s license with address on file matching demographics; ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed.
- RTO (time-off) requests must be included at submission.
- EMR experience preferred (Cerner); strong competency in stroke assessment and post-cath/post-procedure care.
