PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and recruit top healthcare talent. This full-time role supports staffing across MD, VA, DC, and PA with remote flexibility and collaboration with hiring managers. You will screen resumes, conduct phone screens, extend offers, and build pipelines using Zoho ATS. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in recruiting are preferred.
