Responsibilities Lead a team and set a positive example; hire, train, and develop staff to achieve restaurant goals. Deliver great guest service that drives customer satisfaction and return visits. Oversee food safety, quality, and compliance with brand standards. Manage operational performance including P&L, staffing, and scheduling. Contribute to marketing and community engagement as part of the restaurant team. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Ability to lead a team and set a positive example. Willingness to provide complete satisfaction to guests to ensure they return. Three or more years of leadership experience within a retail or restaurant setting.
