Job Overview We are hiring baristas/coffee staff for a full‑time or part‑time position. The role requires a minimum commitment of 9+ months, at least 20 hours per week, and no less than 3 shifts per week. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and connect with customers. Prepare and serve coffee beverages, including tasting espresso during training. Maintain a clean, organized shop, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Engage in the Grounds for Good program and other community initiatives. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Strong work ethic, teamwork, leadership potential, and reliability. Clean record of timeliness and dependability. No facial piercings (nose piercings allowed), no excessive gauges; tattoos permitted if not distracting. Willingness to undergo extensive on‑the‑job training, regardless of prior coffee experience. Benefits 401(k) matching after one year. Bonus pay. Employee discount. Optional adventure events.
