Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Maintain organized and professional event areas. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Generate leads through event interactions and promotional activities. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Support individual and team sales goals during events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
