Employment Type Full-time Requirements Experienced Dental Assistant (2+ years) Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Who We're Looking For: • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental setting • Passionate about patient care and creating a positive experience • Strong communication and organizational skills Job Description What You’ll Do: • Prepare patients for dental procedures by ensuring comfort and explaining what to expect during their visit. • Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments. • Sterilize dental instruments and prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments. • Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist and ensure all images are of diagnostic quality. •Update patient records with information about treatments performed, procedures scheduled, and any concerns raised by patients. • Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions and guidance on oral hygiene and preventive practices. • Prepare and mix dental materials such as fillings, impressions, and bonding agents as needed for procedures. • Manage appointment scheduling, patient communications, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, adhering to all infection control protocols Benefits 401(k) Employee discount Paid time off What You’ll Get: • Paid Time Off • 401(k) Matching • Dental Insurance • Employee Discount Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Work Hours: • Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM About the Practice Name: Kathleen Winn Location: 49 Longellow Ave, Brunswick, ME 04011
