The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current IL state license is a plus.

The Practice

Ascension Saint Joseph Hospital – Chicago, Illinois

• 200-bed facility, STEMI Receiving Center, Level III NICU, and Primary Stroke Center.
• 18-bed Emergency Department with an annual volume of 20,000.
• Patient mix includes a high volume of psych patients, substance abuse, and geriatric population.
• Wide array of behavior health services including detox and an eating disorders unit.
• Ascension Saint Joseph Hospital has several residency programs, all rotating in the ED. Physicians have a resident 40% of the time.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
