JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Andersen's Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) program. The position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and enabling datadriven improvements across the organization. The ELS program is currently supported through the JDA/Blue Yonder platform. Additionally, this role will lead the creation of robust reporting and establish a scalable, sustainable labor standards program across the logistics network. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Utilize effective lean process design techniques to optimize overall manufacturing system performance by providing innovative solutions that integrate within the value stream
- Assessment and maintenance of Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) within Andersen Network
- Utilize reporting such as Blue Yonder, Business Objects, and Power BI to identify gaps in performance to standard
- Work with logistics operations to install, enforce, and maintain ELS system
- Identify causes of process variation utilizing the scientific method and recommend corrective action
- Implement effective material flow concepts and pull systems with special attention to parts presentation to improve manufacturing productivity
- Teach and coach problem solving methodologies that drive to identify root cause
- Accurately assess ergonomic conditions within the manufacturing environment and provide practical solutions to eliminate ergonomic risk
- Exhibit persuasiveness to sell continuous improvement ideas to value stream management and delivery partners. Demonstrates the ability to communicate technical information in a confident & respectful manner. Act as a Lean leader and change advocate
- Act as facilitator to direct work teams in the design of lean processes
- Mentor developing engineers, interns, and team members
- 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering Technology
- Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Engineering experience
- Experience with JBA/Blue Yonder labor standards, time studies, and AutoCAD
- Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in collaborating with and influencing cross functional groups across enterprise
- Communicate effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
- Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Experience with change management strategies
- Ability to travel related to projects may be required up to 25%

PAY RANGE:

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
