Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: Speech Therapist Our organization is looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to deliver personalized care to patients in their homes throughout Western Colorado. In this position, you will: Evaluate disorders related to speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing. Create and execute tailored treatment plans for each patient. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment and progress. Document patient advancements and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Joining our patient-focused and community-oriented team will allow you to foster meaningful relationships, promote patient independence, and enhance your clinical expertise in a supportive and collaborative setting.
