Shift: Weekender Day Shift | Friday Sunday | 6:30 AM 7:00 PM



Guaranteed Hours: 32 Hours Per Week



Work Setting: Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) / EICU

PAY BREAKDOWN

• Weekly Gross: $ 1,600 $ 1,819/Week

• Blended Hourly Rate: $56 /Hour

• Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,000

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License Required

• Associate Degree / Two-Year Degree in Nursing Required

• BLS/BCLS Certification Required or Must Be Obtained Within 1 Month of Hire

• ACLS Certification Required or Must Be Obtained Within 6 Months of Hire

• Ability to Provide Care to Medical-Surgical and EICU Patients

• Strong Patient Assessment, Care Planning, Medication Administration, IV Therapy, and Clinical Documentation Skills

• Ability to Respond Appropriately to Changes in Patient Condition and Life-Threatening Situations

• Computer Proficiency and Electronic Medical Record Documentation Skills Required

• Friday Sunday Weekend Schedule Required

• Holiday Coverage Required

• Meditech EMR Used

• No On-Call Requirement

• Must Safely Manage Multiple Patients and Prioritize Care Based on Clinical Needs

• Must Follow Infection-Control, Aseptic Technique, and Universal Precaution Standards

• Strong Communication, De-Escalation, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills Required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

• PALS Certification Encouraged
