This is a straightforward, growth-driven role for someone who knows the flexible packaging landscape, understands how to build long-term customer relationships, and wants to join a company that backs its salespeople with strong technical and operational support. What You’ll Be Selling You’ll focus exclusively on flexible packaging solutions for major food and beverage processors selling films, laminations, rollstock, lidding, and pouch formats used across a wide range of everyday consumer products. Your Work Grow and manage your territory with a mix of existing accounts and targeted new business Stay close to customers, understand their requirements, and position the right solutions Lead pricing discussions, project scoping, and forecasting with support from internal teams Work directly with operations, engineering, and quality to ensure smooth project execution Maintain consistent pipeline activity and regular CRM updates Travel nationally for customer meetings, plant visits, and key industry events This is a role for someone who enjoys selling, enjoys being in front of customers, and wants the freedom to build real momentum.
