Sustainability Product Lead

Overview We are looking for a proactive and driven Product Executive to support the development and coordination of sustainability-focused digital products and initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and coordination skills, with an interest in technology, sustainability, and data-driven decision making. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to support product improvements, project coordination, and sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of product development initiatives and sustainability-related projects. Work closely with internal teams and external technology providers to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of product enhancements. Assist in gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and coordinating project timelines. Monitor product performance and support data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business and operational decisions. Support the management and tracking of ongoing projects, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, sustainability, supply chain, and technology functions. Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, new technologies, and sustainability best practices. Propose innovative ideas and process improvements to enhance product value and operational efficiency. Assist in user testing, feedback collection, and issue resolution during product implementation phases. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in product management, IT project management, or supply chain sustainability. Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Power BI will be an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, creative, and able to contribute new ideas and solutions. Able to effectively manage multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Interest in social and environmental sustainability. Comfortable working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment. Preferred Skills Basic understanding of sustainability reporting, ESG, or supply chain processes. Familiarity with digital platforms, system implementation, or product coordination.
