Staffing Coordinator
HireQuest Direct
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with lunch
Overtime: Potential overtime available
HireQuest Direct is seeking a motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced position that combines customer service, recruiting, scheduling, and day-to-day staffing operations.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
- Match employees with available job assignments
- Coordinate daily employee schedules and placements
- Communicate with employees regarding assignments, schedules, and attendance
- Work with clients to understand staffing needs
- Help resolve employee and client issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate employee and staffing records
- Assist with daily branch operations
- Make recruiting calls and follow up with candidates
- Help ensure all positions are properly staffed each day
Qualifications
- Previous staffing, recruiting, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients by phone and in person
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
