Registered Nurse - Med-Surg Cardiac Medical Unit

Location: Manchester, NH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description: Join our dynamic team in the Med-Surg Cardiac Medical Unit, where you will provide exceptional care to patients with various cardiac conditions. You will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment that focuses on patient-centered care, ensuring the highest standards of health are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients requiring cardiac telemetry.
• Administer medications, including cardiac drips and manage patient care related to cardiac procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize telemetry monitoring equipment and EMR for patient documentation.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding their treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• ACLS certification required.
• Strong background in cardiac telemetry and medical-surgical nursing.
• Experience with cardiac procedures and medication is preferred.
• Engaging, team-oriented, and adaptable personality.
