We’re looking for a high-performing Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership in the field, and is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, profitable projects—on time, every time . What You’ll Own Safety Leadership (Non-Negotiable) Champion and model a “Safety First” culture on every project Lead implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety plans Partner with Safety teams to proactively identify and eliminate risks Take an active role in incident response and continuous safety improvement Ensure compliance across all crews, trades, and subcontractors Project Execution & Field Leadership Lead day-to-day field operations , supervising crews and driving productivity Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and leadership teams through project turnover Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and partners Own project logistics, schedules, testing/inspection coordination, and site setup Drive accountability for budget, labor productivity, and material usage Manage schedules proactively, including weekly 3-week lookaheads Ensure all work aligns with plans, RFIs, submittals, and quality standards Maintain accurate documentation: daily reports, logs, as-builts, and project records Operational Excellence Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to meet critical milestones Monitor and control project costs with a sharp eye for efficiency Ensure permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are fully executed Maintain up-to-date drawings and shop documentation on-site Leverage company systems and tools to track performance and reporting Lead, coach, and mentor foremen and craft professionals Create a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration Develop future leaders by fostering mentorship across crews Inspire teams to perform at their best—even under pressure What Sets You Apart Leadership & Execution Proven ability to lead teams, make decisions, and solve problems in real time Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus A hands-on leader who leads by example—not from behind a desk Communication & Influence Excellent communicator—able to engage effectively with field teams, leadership, and clients Builds trust and maintains strong relationships both internally and externally Technical & Operational Skills Comfortable with project tech tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile field systems Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and execution Qualifications 5+ years of concrete construction experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certifications CPR & First Aid certifications Why Join Us Work on high-impact, complex projects that shape communities Competitive Compensation Package : $90K - $100K Salary + Vehicle Allowance (fuel covered, pike pass), company phone, laptop, and company credit card.
