In this influential role, you'll provide strategic direction from project planning through execution, cultivate key client relationships, and play an essential role in advancing projects that improve infrastructure, quality of life, and long-term community resilience.What You'll Do:Manage and oversee all aspects of capital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery for a diverse portfolio including schools, municipal buildings, and commercial facilitiesServe as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their needs are met across all project sitesLead and mentor project teams, setting vision and strategy for other Project Managers and supporting their professional growthCommunicate project updates clearly to clients, management, and teams; prepare for and participate in monthly project review meetingsDevelop and sell project work with clients, embracing a “seller/doer” role to drive business growthPrepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and closeout documentsOversee project accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash managementWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science, Planning, Engineering Management, or a related field required; or equivalent combination of experience and licensureMinimum of 11 years of industry experience required, including 8 years of project management experienceExpert knowledge of project engineering and/or construction principles and schedules requiredStrong client relationship management and ability to interpret contract requirementsExperience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documentsProven ability to manage project accounting processes (budgeting, forecasts, cash management)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead initiatives to completionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suit required; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Deltek Vision preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt style for various audiencesConsulting industry experience highly preferredProfessional license preferredAbility to travel as neededWhy You'll Love It Here:Oversee complex capital and infrastructure initiatives that strengthen communities and deliver lasting value for clients and stakeholdersPlay a key role in guiding project direction, driving business growth, and influencing decisions that contribute to long-term successTake on leadership opportunities, mentor emerging professionals, and continue growing through impactful work and professional developmentCurious about the impactful work our PMCM team is doing?
