At Wall Insurance Agency , you’ll have the chance to help build something from the ground up while developing the sales skills and insurance knowledge to advance your career.
As our Insurance Sales Rep , your days will revolve around outbound calling, sales presentations, multiline selling, and getting out into the community to build new relationships. You’ll talk with customers about what they need, learn how to match those needs with the right insurance solutions, and keep pushing yourself to improve. On-the-job training gives you the support to learn, while the culture keeps things fun, focused, and competitive.
We’re looking for people who want to bet on themselves and become great at what they do. The goal isn’t simply to have a job. There’s a path to make this a long-term career, including the potential to become your own agent.
The base salary is $40,000 , with first-year earnings ranging from $60,000 to $80,000. You’ll also have PTO, a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, hybrid work availability, licensing assistance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. A sign-on bonus is available for licensed individuals too.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Deliver clear and confident sales presentations.
- Sell multiple lines of insurance based on customer needs.
- Prospect for new business in the community.
- Discuss insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.
Requirements
- An insurance license is required
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
- Comfortable hearing “no” and continuing forward.
- Willingness to bet on yourself.
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Great communication skills.
- Self-driven approach to your work.
