Security Officer Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer Supervisor to oversee security operations at a prestigious high-end condominium association in Aventura, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security supervision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively to ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and property. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security officers to maintain a safe and secure environment within the condominium premises. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address potential security risks or breaches. Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents, activities, and observations. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, management, and emergency responders regarding security matters. Implement and enforce security protocols and emergency response plans. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders through clear and professional written and verbal communication. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a security role, preferably within a high-end residential or condominium environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong observational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
