Quick Facts: Location: York, PAStart Date: 07/20/2026Scheduled End Date: 10/19/2026Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMHours/Week: 40 hours/weekEmployment Type: Contract, with potential for extensionLicenses/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology, PA License or IMLC, DEAExperience: Minimum 1 year of Urology practice experience Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $443.43Pay package discussed upon applicationBenefits include:Weekly pay via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Paid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsTravel, licensure, certification, and accommodation reimbursements as applicableRobust support from a dedicated team throughout your assignment What You ll Do: Provide expert urological care in outpatient clinic and OR settingsPerform core procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomy, and prostate checksSupport robotic surgeries and assist with complex urological interventions when neededCollaborate with support staff including RNs, MAs, and other cliniciansManage patient care for Adults over 18, with occasional support for pediatric casesDocument patient interactions and procedures accurately within EPIC EMR systemParticipate in call coverage as required, including 24-hour call shifts What You Need: Board certification or eligibility in UrologyActive PA medical license or IMLC qualificationDEA licenseAt least 1 year of Urology practice experienceStrong communication and collaborative skills About the Assignment: This role involves working in a reputable facility in York with access to 16 operating rooms at York Hospital and Apple Hill Surgery Center. The practice combines clinic work and OR procedures, including robotic surgery. Support staff includes four medical assistants, one clinical support associate, and a registered nurse. The scope of practice encompasses a variety of core urological procedures, with flexible call and clinic schedules designed to optimize work-life balance.
