What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• Collect and track therapy session data

• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow Behavior Technicians

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience

✔ Bachelor's degree in a related field or currently pursuing relevant education

✔ Availability for morning, afternoon, after-school, weekday, or weekend schedules

✔ Passion for helping children reach their full potential
