The Role

This isn’t button-pushing.

You’ll be trained to operate precision press equipment, fine-tune machines, and build high-quality coil components from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate precision press equipment
• Monitor quality and fine-tune machine performance
• Read blueprints and take accurate measurements
• Learn how our products are built start-to-finish
• Work safely in a clean, organized environment

Work Schedule & Expectations

This role supports our night shift operation .

• Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30AM
• Overtime is common as we are significantly growing this part of the business.

We’re upfront about this because the role comes with strong earning potential for those willing to put in the hours.
