Houseperson

We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented professional to support the smooth operation of our property by maintaining common areas, assisting with guest needs, and helping ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in attention to detail, works well as part of a team, and responds promptly to day-to-day operational needs. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared areas Assist with setting up, breaking down, and resetting hotel rooms and other spaces for guest use Respond to service requests from guests or team members in a timely and professional manner Transport supplies, linens, furniture, or equipment as needed Help monitor inventory and restock cleaning and operational supplies Support housekeeping and facilities teams with general labor and operational tasks Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the appropriate team members Follow all safety, sanitation, and property standards consistently Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality, facilities support, housekeeping, or a related environment preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as part of daily duties Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Effective communication and a professional, courteous attitude Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Basic understanding of safe handling practices and workplace procedures What We Offer A supportive and team-focused work environment Opportunities to contribute to a high-quality guest or resident experience Consistent daily work with varied responsibilities Training and support to help you succeed in the role Additional Information We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every team member is respected and valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
