Requirements

• 5 years or more of experience with ServiceNow development in enterprise environments, including custom platform solutions.

• Proficiency in App Engine Studio, scoped applications, platform APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and GlideRecord.

• Experience with Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, and role-based access controls.

• Experience with Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, JSON, Flow Designer, reusable actions, subflows, and orchestration.

• Experience with ServiceNow governance, Agile delivery, platform upgrades, code reviews, performance optimization, and technical leadership.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements across multiple environments.

• Build role-based workspace experiences and maintain custom applications for performance, security, and upgrade compatibility.

• Develop REST integrations, automated workflows, reusable components, and data-exchange processes across connected systems.

• Translate business needs into technical designs while applying platform standards, access controls, and architectural guardrails.

• Troubleshoot production issues, support platform upgrades, and implement sustainable corrective solutions.

• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to release and change governance.
