Senior Program Manager

About the job We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will manage complex, multi-project portfolios, foster internal project management capabilities, and champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives. The position requires onsite presence in Plano, TX. What you will do at Sogeti Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across operational and technology domains. Develop and implement project governance frameworks. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic business goals. Provide executive‑level reporting and insights. Mentor and train internal teams in project management best practices. Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across business processes. What you will bring 10+ years of experience in project or program management. Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑project portfolios. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with automation and data integration tools (e.g., Power BI, ERP systems). PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification preferred. Strategic thinker with practical execution skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
