Job Responsibilities

• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and discussions to guarantee coordinated care

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent certification from an approved program

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Specialty certifications (neurological, geriatric, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory
