Account Manager Responsible for executing sales strategies and managing a regional portfolio within the academic research sector in the US, focusing on driving product adoption and revenue growth. Responsibilities include building relationships with researchers, PIs, and lab managers; managing sales pipelines; engaging with university shared resource facilities; providing customer feedback to internal teams; and informing market intelligence. Qualifications Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field; 2+ years of experience in technical or sales support in life sciences; familiarity with academic workflows and grant cycles; proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce; strong communication skills. Preferred Master's degree or research experience; experience supporting or selling to academic and government research accounts; knowledge of university procurement processes. High-Value Focus on scientific products for research, with a need for understanding of research workflows, grant funding, and academic procurement. Work setup Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite; travel within the US 20-30% for client visits, conferences, and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
