Director of Operations

If so, we are looking for you!! Benefits: 10 days (2 weeks) paid time off.(80 hours) Pay rate $25 an hour. Overtime pay at 1.5 times pay rate. 401K matching funds after 1 year service. Free food while working Key Responsibilities: Rotate through multiple aspects of the restaurant to gain knowledge of the total operation. Initial training period (4-6 months) before launching into the director level role with oversight of all facets of the restaurant (i.e., marketing, catering, inventory, scheduling, FOH/BOH, hiring). Create a culture of service and deep care for team members and guests-leading to a remarkable experience for all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of people to motivate and help them reach their highest potential. Develop 6-7 direct reports through one-on-one meetings, consistent reviews, and coaching. Actively taking ownership of business responsibilities (i.e., budgeting, vendor relationships). Maintain quality in food safety, cleanliness, and overall, Chick-fil-A standards. Ongoing evaluation of business needs and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency.
