Responsibilities - Execute preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems - Maintain building management and fire/life safety systems to meet compliance and safety standards - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve facility-related issues such as temperature, plumbing, and equipment malfunctions - Support site improvement initiatives, capital projects, and manage small tenant improvements and contractors - Conduct routine facility inspections, identify deviations, and document findings - Complete accurate work orders, PMs, root cause analyses, and compliance documentation - Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support audit activities - Communicate effectively with building occupants and internal stakeholders regarding status of work assignments - Promote and practice safe work habits; respond promptly to emergency notifications Required Skills and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent - 2-4 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in a cGMP facility - Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on maintenance skills - Familiarity with quality systems and validated facility requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent communication skills with ability to produce accurate reports and follow instructions in English - Ability to build positive relationships with contractors and colleagues Preferred Skills - Experience with BMS (Building Management System) - Exposure to engineering change orders and compliance documentation - Advanced troubleshooting skills Benefits - Comprehensive training during your first week - Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (10:00am-6:30pm) with potential overtime - Gain experience in a cutting-edge, compliance-driven facility - Opportunity for skill development and career advancement within a respected organization How to Apply Ready to take the next step in your facilities maintenance career?
