Together, there’s no stopping you!Job Title:Senior Marketing Content SpecialistJob Description:SummaryThe Senior Marketing Content Specialist role is responsible for developing, managing and executing high-impact content strategies that strengthen the Enterprise Bank & Trust brand and support business objectives across all marketing and communication channels. This role partners closely with Senior Leadership, Business Lines, Senior Marketing Content Manager and the broader Marketing team to create compelling, consistent messaging that engages target audiences and drives business results. Serving as a strategic liaison, this position ensures content is aligned with organizations brand marketing initiatives and communication objectives while delivering seamless and cohesive client experience.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee centralized editorial calendar to support content visibility, transparency, production, brand governance and regulatory complianceLead content inventory and curation updates to central repositories (content asset management, website, MAP, Enterprise Vault, etc.)Maintain a detailed content inventory; identify gaps and make recommendations to Senior Marketing Content Manager, Senior Leadership, Business Line Leaders and the Marketing teamAggregate and maintain inputs for content, including audience insights, personas, messaging, competitive information and feedback from content contributors and usersContribute to overall content lifecycle management, from creation and editing through approvals, publishing/activation, auditing, measurement, curation and maintenanceCreate, manage, contribute to and publish content to support inbound content marketing and outbound content programs, working closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter expertsManage content localization on the basis of content strategy, regional needs and expectationsTogether with content and campaign teams, design and optimize workflows, standards, and processes for content asset managementCollaborate with web and digital teams to audit, draft and optimize messaging across websites.Develop or edit and optimize web copy to align with best practices including SEO and GEOAssist the content team in whatever ways needed to support a strong content functionPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsFast learner, able to understand new and changing technologies and processesFlexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when requiredTremendous attention to detail and accuracy when performing tasksStrong teamwork skills - the ability to coordinate with multiple teams is essentialA finisher with high level of personal ownership of team performanceExposure to working with Stakeholders within an organizationExperience with working directly with Senior Leadership and Business Line LeadersKnowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and conceptsExcellent communicator with strong technical aptitude, including excellent writing and editing/proofreading skills, including experience following style or brand guidelinesStrong project management and organizational skillsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree required with concentration in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or related field 5+ years of professional experienceExperience in banking, financial services or other highly regulated industry preferredComputer and Software SkillsMicrosoft Office SuiteGoogle Workspace/G SuiteContent management system(s)Certifications, Licenses, and RegistrationsNoneEqual Opportunity Statement:Enterprise Bank & Trust is committed to helping individuals with disabilities participate in the workforce and ensuring equal opportunity to apply and compete for jobs.
