Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Handles critical cases requiring advanced skills and quick decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, interpreting vital signs and clinical data.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and progress.
• Adhere to all compliance and safety standards, including timely completion of required modules.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license for Georgia or a Compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, accepting first-time travelers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures and equipment.
• Show ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Comply with travel and onboarding requirements, including full completion of compliance documentation within 48 hours of contract signing.
• Willing to work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
