Job Opportunity: Director of the Center for Fertility

Our organization is in search of a full-time academic physician specializing in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) to take on the role of Director of the Center for Fertility . This position offers a unique chance to lead the program into its next phase following a brief clinical hiatus after the previous REI physician's departure in July 2025.

The Center is ready for a revitalization, featuring renovated facilities , upgraded equipment, and enhanced tissue storage systems that have been thoroughly audited. This is a rare opportunity for an REI leader to relaunch and influence a well-established program with over 30 years of history, offering significant autonomy and robust institutional backing.

• Develop and expand a comprehensive REI clinical practice in collaboration with a skilled team, including embryologists, andrologists, lab assistants, nurses, and dedicated administrative personnel.
• Work closely with the embryologist, department chair, and administrative staff to create efficient, high-reliability operations.
• Establish a vision for patient-centered, high-quality fertility care.
• Hold a teaching faculty position at the School of Medicine, providing mentorship to residents and fostering REI research initiatives.
• Leverage a strong academic department that includes 37 residents and 3 fellows, along with a multidisciplinary team of OB/GYN generalists, GYN/ONC, MFM, and URO/GYN physicians.

The anticipated starting base salary for this position ranges from $500,000 to $550,000 , adjusted based on years of experience and faculty rank. Additional variable compensation may be awarded semi-annually for exceeding productivity benchmarks. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
