About the Role We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage receiving, inventory control, procurement, and logistics. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across departments and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You\'ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting vendor relationships, and ensuring timely material flow. Impactful Work: Contribute to the success of a growing company with a bold mission. Key Responsibilities Receive and document packing slips and purchase orders in ERP (Acumatica preferred). Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records and labeling. Issue and manage purchase orders; follow up on late orders and coordinate with suppliers. Support inbound/outbound logistics including small packages, LTLs, and oversized loads. Collaborate with production, receiving, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Assist with vendor communications and sourcing tasks. Provide backup support during peak demand or staff absences. What You Bring 5+ years in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or receiving. 10+ years in manufacturing. ERP system experience (Acumatica preferred). Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital documentation. Forklift/material handling equipment experience (certification preferred). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse/manufacturing settings. Employer is EOE/M/F/D/V.
