What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Perform machine setups (tooling, fixtures, offsets)
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code
• Run machines with Fanuc and Haas controls
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision tools
• Monitor machining operations and adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling
• Troubleshoot machining issues to maintain quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of CNC machining experience (or formal training)
• Experience setting up and running CNC mills and lathes
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code)
• Experience with Fanuc and Haas controls
• Strong inspection and measurement skills
• Solid understanding of machining fundamentals

⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Advanced programming and optimization skills
• Experience in oil & gas, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing
• Ability to run multiple machine types in a production environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
