CNC Programmer
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CNC Programmer for a direct hire opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK . This is a premium opportunity for a machining professional who thrives in high-precision manufacturing and has proven experience programming complex multi-axis CNC equipment.

5+ years of CNC programming experience REQUIRED
- Experience programming 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines
- Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, cutting strategies, and material behavior
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models
- Experience troubleshooting, editing, and optimizing CNC programs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision machining and quality standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with machinists, engineering, and production teams
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis milling machines
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with machinists to improve setup efficiency, cycle times, and workflow
- Troubleshoot and modify existing CNC programs as production needs change
- Ensure all programs meet quality, dimensional, and production standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations
- Experience in aerospace or tight-tolerance manufacturing
- Climate-controlled manufacturing facility
- High-precision machining environment with tight tolerances and quality expectations
- Collaborative setting working alongside engineering and production teams
