Marketing AssociateDNP Imagingcomm America is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing B2B manufacturing organization. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Mount Pleasant, PA facility and requires a Monday–Friday work schedule.The ideal candidate is a strong writer who enjoys creating compelling content and bringing ideas to life across a variety of marketing channels. This role is well-suited for someone who is both creative and strategically minded, with a passion for developing content that engages audiences and supports business objectives.As our products and solutions are technical in nature, the successful candidate must be able to quickly learn and understand complex concepts and translate them into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand messaging for a variety of audiences. The ability to communicate technical information effectively through written, visual, and digital content is essential to success in this role.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Content Development & WritingWrite, edit, and manage creative, engaging content across a variety of marketing channels, including:Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)Customer communications and email marketing campaigns (Constant Contact)Blog posts, articles, and thought leadership contentWebsite content, including product, industry, and company pagesDevelop compelling, audience-focused messaging that captures attention, communicates value, and aligns with established brand standards and voiceCollaborate with engineers, product managers, and other internal subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful contentTranslate complex technical concepts and product information into clear, accessible, and engaging communications for a variety of audiencesOptimize content for search engine optimization (SEO), user engagement, and digital performance, as appropriateEnsure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals, marketing strategies, and brand guidelinesContribute creative ideas for content campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness initiativesGraphic Design & Visual ContentCreate graphics and visual assets for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design toolsEnsure all visual content aligns with brand standards and enhances overall messaging and audience engagementSupport basic video creation and editing projects as neededWebsite & CMS SupportMaintain and update website content through the company's CMS, including blog posts, landing pages, product information, and imagesEnsure website content is accurate, consistent, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standardsBrand & Campaign ExecutionSupport the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives across multiple channelsEnsure consistent brand messaging, tone, voice, and visual identity in all marketing communicationsMarketing Research & SupportConduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities that support marketing and business growth objectivesAssist with content planning, campaign tracking, and marketing performance reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and support marketing initiativesStay current on marketing trends and best practices, particularly within B2B manufacturing and industrial marketsPerform other ad hoc duties, as assignedThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsKey attributes:Passion for creating clear, compelling content that engages audiences and drives meaningful connections.Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, audience-focused communications.Creative storyteller with strong written, visual, and digital communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Collaborative team player who works well with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.Proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.Education and/or experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.1-5 years of experience in Marketing or Social Media Management.Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating proficiency in developing clear, concise, and persuasive communications across multiple audiences and platforms.Understanding brand management and ability to design within the confines of corporate brand requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Canva, as well as familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences and communication channels.Strong analytical skills to track and interpret marketing data.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesA team player who is adaptable, creative, and eager to learn.Candidates should be prepared to provide writing samples and complete a brief social media writing exercise as part of the evaluation process.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
