We are seeking candidates to work 1st for 2nd shift on a 9/80 work schedule-every other Friday off! 2nd shift starting after 12PM will include an additional 10% shift differential

The Production Operator will perform complex assembly or modification tasks on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies and systems. The role will consist the following: Solder through hole, surface mount, jumpers, and complex wiring on circuit card assemblies and other electro-mechanical devices. This work will be done under a microscope. Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610/620 standards. This is a proactive posting for multiple opportunities that BAE Systems regularly fills. The hiring process may be slightly delayed due to multiple transactions that need to take place.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma / GED OR 4 years of Manufacturing experience
• Assembly & Soldering experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Certifications: IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001
• Semi-rigid

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $45649 - $73038 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
