SUMMARY

The Technology Support Specialist I provides comprehensive helpdesk support by serving as the primary point of contact to monitor, triage, and resolve technical issues across multiple channels. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software, routing complex issues to appropriate team members, managing Active Directory tasks, and collaborating with team members and third-party vendors. Additionally, the specialist is responsible for configuring and deploying workstations, documenting troubleshooting efforts and standard operating procedures, and participating in system migrations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

Pursuing an Associate degree in Information Technology or related field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent technical work or experience in the credit union industry Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts, LAN and WAN topologies, Wireless Technologies, and Firewall concepts Working knowledge of all Windows and Linux Operating Systems Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Knowledge of Virtual Hypervisor environments
