We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team and support process improvement, efficiency initiatives, and data-driven decision-making across our operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing workflows, production processes, and layouts to identify areas for improvement
• Support the development and implementation of process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Collect and analyze data to help improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performance
• Work closely with senior engineers, production teams, and other departments on cross-functional projects
• Help document procedures, create process maps, and maintain operational standards
• Participate in quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement concepts is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD or data analysis tools is a bonus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on industrial environment
