Order Processing Specialist

We are seeking an Order Processing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of construction industry experience to manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
• Resolve order discrepancies and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and order management systems.
• Support sales and customer service teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of order processing experience.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Experience handling purchase orders, submittals, and contractor accounts.
• Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• ERP system experience preferred.
