The Operations Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, executing this strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. Ultimately, you'll help our company grow and thrive.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operationsDesign strategy and set goals for growthMaintain budgets and optimize expensesSet policies and processesEnsure employees work productively, arrive to work on time, and develop professionallyOversee recruitment and training of new employeesEvaluate and improve operations and financial performanceDirect the employee assessment processPrepare regular reports for ownershipEnsure staff follows health and safety regulationsProvide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)Requirements and SkillsProven experience as an Operations, General Manager or similar roleExperience in planning and budgetingIs able to train and coach the staff on proper tool usageEasily sees new business opportunitiesExperienced with using hand and power tools and is skilled enough to use the proper tools to troubleshoot broken equipment on jobsites, make repairs, and help with scheduled maintenance on equipmentKnowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)Strong analytical abilityEffectively prioritizes and delegates tasksExcellent communication skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsProblem-solving aptitudeBSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plusBilingual English/Spanish is a plusPrevious Automotive Mechanic work or small engine work like Honda lawnmowers is a plusWelding skills is a plusCompensation: $67,500.00 per yearEverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company.
