Software Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain business applications and system integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that support enterprise operations and improve business processes.

Duties:
* Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications and integrations
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Support and customize enterprise platforms including PeopleSoft, BMC Helix ITSM, and Infor applications
* Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Experience with software development using languages such as Java, C#, .NET, SQL, or related technologies
* Experience working with PeopleSoft, BMC Helix ITSM, and/or Infor enterprise applications
* Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with API development and system integrations
* Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a large organization
* Familiarity with cloud technologies and web services
* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
