Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Ability to provide care for patients with post-acute and chronic conditions, including mobility training and restorative programs. Client request: candidate should be available for schedules of approximately 30-35 hours per week. Client request: candidate must agree to a two-week cancellation policy and be flexible to work weekends during assigned weeks as needed. No paid holidays for this assignment.
