This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international business and legal frameworks while contributing to a high-impact team.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Conduct corporate and conflicts database research to identify potential conflicts of interest for new clients, business, and firm new joiners to include lateral partner and counsel candidates* Maintain and update the firm’s conflicts of interest database* Research corporate histories and affiliations of clients and related parties* Respond to internal requests for conflict searches from attorneys and business services staff* Support the resolution and clearance of conflicts issues alongside managers and analysts* Assist with a variety of research projects and administrative tasks* Contribute to ongoing process improvements* Participate in the firm’s global Responsible Business program**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR*** Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion* Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity to understand the “why”* Excellent written and verbal communication* Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills* Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines**QUALIFICATIONS*** Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred* Prior experience in customer service or internship setting preferred* Demonstrated experience with database or academic research**WORK HOURS*** Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with one hour for lunch* Flexibility for overtime as neededJoin us in Louisville, KY, and be part of a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous learning.
