Job Opportunity – Production Supervisor with Fameccanica in West Chester, OH

About the Role

Fameccanica is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a large hourly team in a repetitive production and assembly environment. This role requires a visible, floor-focused leader who can organize daily work, maintain output, and hold the team accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance while keeping employees informed, motivated, and ready to adapt to changing priorities.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily repetitive production and assembly activities to meet safety, quality, output, and schedule expectations.
• Supervise a large hourly team by assigning work, setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and following up throughout the shift.
• Stay visible on the production floor to identify staffing, workflow, downtime, quality, or performance issues and resolve them quickly.
• Create accountability by addressing attendance, safety, quality, performance, and conduct concerns in a fair and respectful way.
• Coach, train, and motivate employees so they stay engaged, productive, and adaptable in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
• Partner with quality, engineering, maintenance, planning, and leadership to solve problems, communicate risks, and keep production moving.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing leadership experience in a repetitive production, assembly-line, or high-volume environment.
• Experience supervising a large hourly team, ideally 75 or more employees, with responsibility for staffing, performance, and results.
• Hands-on, lead-by-example style with strong shop floor presence and the ability to keep people focused and accountable.
• Solid understanding of production workflow, safety, quality, labor management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, organization, and communication skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a respectful approach to leading hourly employees.
