What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients by phone and virtually.
• Understand client needs and explain available health insurance coverage options.
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
• Build client relationships through professional communication and consistent follow-up.
• Manage appointments, daily activities, and client records using CRM tools.
• Participate in team training, coaching, and professional development.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.

Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.

Compensation & Career Growth

• $64,000 - $78,000 OTE with opportunities to continuously grow your income over time.
