Job Description Assist in planning and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports. Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors. Identify and resolve project-related issues, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track. Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and deliver exceptional results. The Successful Applicant A strong understanding of project management principles and practices in the construction industry. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
