Maintenance Supervisor page is loaded## Maintenance Supervisorlocations: 1740-North Florida Administrationtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-425**Job Description:**Qualifications:* Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings* Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status* Must possess basic computer skills* Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent* Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in all trades including air conditioning, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and building infrastructures* Must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experienceEssential Functions:* Provides direction, supervision, monitoring, and oversight to the maintenance staff* Collaborates with directors and department heads to ensure all facilities are well maintained with quality craftsmanship in the most cost-effective manner* Ensures that regular preventative maintenance and repairs to air conditioning units, fire alarms, sprinklers, electrical units, septic tanks, sewage plants, and plumbing are completed* Ensures all equipment and tools are inventoried, well maintained and accounted for* Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds* Performs all other duties as assignedThis position will remain open until filled.
